Who We Are

The African Network of Professional Facilitators (ANProF) is a registered private not-for-profit organization established in Kenya under certificate number CLG-L3FB2E. Born out of a critical need to optimize human-centric development, our network brings together a diverse cohort of certified practitioners, consultants, and emerging facilitators from across the African continent. We specialize in helping corporate teams, civil society organizations, communities, and government institutions elevate how they collaborate, navigate complex problem-solving, drive strategic decision-making, and transform interpersonal or organizational conflict into distinct opportunities for creative innovation.
Our unique institutional lineage traces directly back to the prestigious Champions for Change (C4C) program—a multi-country capacity-building initiative funded by USAID and successfully deployed across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Ghana, and Zambia. Grounded in this powerful heritage, ANProF pioneers localized, home-grown process facilitation models that integrate cutting-edge cognitive psychology, experiential learning cycles, and advanced multi-stakeholder co-creation protocols. Today, we stand as a premier pan-African ecosystem dedicated to aligning possibilities and ensuring that technical and community development programs achieve sustainable, lasting transformation.
