About ANProF
ABOUT US
Transforming People-Based Processes Across Africa
The African Network of Professional Facilitators (ANProF) is a private, not-for-profit organization registered in Kenya under certificate number CLG-L3FB2E. Our network brings together a diverse, pan-African collective of certified practitioners, consultants, and emerging facilitators.
ANProF was founded out of a critical regional observation: because of our shared human nature, people-based development processes tend to be naturally conflict-prone—whether at a team, organizational, or community level. However, we believe that such friction does not need to be destructive. When managed with professional excellence, conflict can be actively transformed into a powerful engine for creativity and alignment. Our core purpose is to help groups improve how they collaborate, navigate complex problem-solving, drive strategic decision-making, and resolve conflict while keeping vital relationships intact and staying firmly on track to achieve successful outcomes.

Our Heritage
Our organization carries forward a powerful legacy of regional capacity building and institutional transformation. ANProF emerged directly from the Champions for Change (C4C) program—a multi-country capacity-building initiative funded by USAID and implemented through AfricaLead and PolicyLINK. Grounded in this rich history of deploying participatory learning models across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Ghana, and Zambia, our team possesses deep, practical familiarity with international donor frameworks, including Localization, DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility), and local co-creation protocols. This institutional lineage ensures that we bring world-class, battle-tested methodologies to every project we undertake.
